Workshops are customized for faculty, staff, and students.

A dynamic, hands-on experience designed to strengthen communication and teamwork within established groups. Through a series of interactive activities and group challenges, participants build essential skills while working together toward shared goals.

  • Designed for groups of 6–26 participants (larger groups may be accommodated with advance scheduling and facilitator availability)
  • Sessions range from 90 minutes to three hours, tailored to your group’s needs and schedule
  • Can be facilitated outdoors or indoors in a campus facility
  • Accessible to participants of all physical ability levels
  • Each session is custom-designed in collaboration with the requesting group

Online Request Form

  • To allow adequate time for preparation, all workshop requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled event.
  • The requester is responsible for reserving a location and any necessary media equipment in consultation with our staff facilitator.
  • To ensure a meaningful and effective experience, a minimum of 10 participants is required. Exceptions can be discussed with the facilitator and noted on the request form.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a workshop. Approval depends on facilitator availability, content alignment, and access to necessary resources.
