A year-long, shared-interest residential program for 40+ first-year students, offering hands-on activities and workshops to explore leadership. Students live together on a common floor, forming a supportive community while deepening their understanding of leadership concepts such as goal setting, communication, team dynamics, and conflict management. Throughout the year, participants examine leadership theories, assess their values and goals, and develop a personal leadership philosophy.

This program is designed to cultivate authenticity, humility, service, ambition, and mentorship, the core values that drive impactful leadership. Participants will work toward tailored leadership solutions for their respective organizations and clubs, with an emphasis on fostering meaningful networking connections. Sessions take place on Wednesdays at noon.
