Classes are scheduled each semester in the UCook Studio in Commons Dining Hall. Participants will enjoy an interactive culinary experience in a state-of-the-art kitchen. This activity is a unique and delicious way to build kitchen confidence, enjoy a tasty meal, and have fun.
Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch in 1995. This framework integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought by learning to trust your body’s inner wisdom. Informative, interactive, and open discussion around healthy eating and changing the way we connect food and our body is led by Kim Mayer, RDN, and Lauren Arnoff, Assistant Director, Mueller Center.
